In the case of functional surgery, we will be happy to bill the insurance company on your behalf.
However, patients will be responsible for all non-covered charges and deductibles.

In all cosmetic cases payment is required at least seven (7) days in advance of service.

The payment may be made via cash, check, money order, or credit card
(MasterCard, Visa or Discover).
